Professur für Volkswirtschaftslehre, insbes. Innovations- und Strukturökonomik

Seit dem 01. September 2023 leitet Torben Klarl die Professur für Volkswirtschaftslehre, insbes. Innovations- und Strukturökonomik, kommissarisch. Torben Klarl ist Professor für Volkswirtschaftslehre, insbes. Makroökonomik, im Fachbereich Wirtschaftswissenschaft.

Die Inhaberin der Professur, Jutta Günther, ist seit dem 01. September 2022 als Rektorin der Universität Bremen tätig. Die wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten und von Dritten finanzierte Projekte an der Professur werden nahtlos weitergeführt.

Gegenwärtig werden in einem Verbundprojekt die strukturökonomischen Folgen des Sozialismus und der Transformation in Ostdeutschland und Osteuropa erforscht (Mod-Block-DDR). In weiteren Projekten der Arbeitsgruppe geht es um die Entstehung und den Einsatz nachhaltiger Energiesysteme und Technologien (H2B, hyTracks, hyBit) und um die Dynamik von Innovationssystemen (DynamicInno). Postdocs der Arbeitsgruppe sind Initiatoren des Netzwerks „Learning (from) Transformation“, das von BYRD gefördert wird.

On January 29-30, 2018, the ZEW (Centre for European Economic Research) together with the German Stifterverband organised a scientific workshop in Berlin to discuss the ongoing and challenging problems of the productivity slowdown in the light of innovation economics.

Jutta Günther Mitglied der Fachjury des Exzellenzforschungsprogramms in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

Die Jury tagte im März 2018 in Schwerin, und nun ist es klar: Im Rahmen des Exzellenzforschungsprogramms des Landes Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, welches ein finanzielles Volumen von 10 Mio. Euro aufweist, werden fünf innovative Forschungsverbünde gefördert.
