Claus Lämmerzahl, Professor of Gravitational Physics at the University of Bremen, and Dr. Sebastian Ulbricht, scientist at the Natural Metrology Institute, have proposed in a new article that gravity could be the basis for the quantum-physical realization of quantities.

Cluster of Excellence Decision on May 22, 2025: “Let's all keep our fingers crossed!”

The University of Bremen is in the running for funding through the Excellence Strategy with two Cluster of Excellence applications. Both clusters recently presented themselves to an international reviewer group. The University Executive Board discussed the current progress with university members.
