Women's Representatives of Faculty 1

As a decentralized women's collective, we stand up for the concerns of female students* and scientists* at the Faculty 1. We address discrimination, harassment, questions about caregiving and all other topics related to gender diversity in the academic system, as well as the balance between family, studies and employment.
Furthermore, we support the Dean's Office, the Faculty Council and the decentralized committees in fulfilling the statutory equal opportunities mandate, participate in recruitment procedures and actively address discrimination.

We are elected every two years by the women's plenary assembly of the faculty and operate as a women's collective.
Our doors are open for your questions and concerns! Feel free to drop by and chat with us  in person or reach out via e-mail. Discussions with us are confidential and e-mails can also be sent anonymously.
