This lecture on process automation is an independent one-semester course which will give you a basicknowledge in the wide field of process automation. After the course you will be able to understand thebasic structures, operation and control principles of automation processes. You will understand theworking principle of the most used sensors, actuators and programming logic controllers. You will beable to program small control tasks. The second part of the course will focus on the process automationin electrical power supply networks. Beside the required field and data components you will get a broadunderstanding into the network operation principles and tasks of the grid operators.
Workloadberechnung:
Das Modul besteht aus zwei Veranstaltungen: einer Vorlesung zu 2 Semesterwochenstunden und einer Übung zu 1 Semesterwochenstunde.
