CV Negin Javaheri
Negin Javaheri was born in 1996 in Tehran(Iran), she finished her school education in 2014. In the same year, she moved to Frankfurt am Main (Germany) to pursue her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics with a specialisation in Economics at the Goethe University. Fascinated about the underlying biological mechanisms of decision making, she moved to Amsterdam (Netherlands) in 2020.
There, she continued her education and received her MSc degree in Neuroeconomics in the Business Economics department of UvA. The topic of her thesis was “The effect of fluctuation of oestrogen during the menstrual cycle on intertemporal choice”. Since 2022 she is working as a research associate in the department of Neuropsychology and Behavioral Neurobiology of Prof. Dr. Dr. Manfred Herrmann as part of the KD2 Graduate school.
She is currently investigating the neural correlates of economic decision making with an interdisciplinary approach.
