Dr. Ruben Hoeksma
About me
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bremen with the group of Prof. Nicole Megow. As an applied mathematics / computer science researcher, I have a broad interest in Discrete Mathematics, (Algorithmic) Game Theory, Scheduling, Combinatorial Optimization, Complexity, Operations Research, and many related topics both of theoretical and applied nature.
Previously I was at University of Twente and Universidad de Chile. At the latter, I spend a year at the Department of Industrial Engineering and a year at the Center for Mathematical Modeling, both as a postdoctoral researcher.
