The "Digital Accessibility" working group of the Hochschulforum Digital have published the "Guide to Digital Accessibility in the Context of Higher Education". The guide provides an overview of the topic, addresses the legal framework, and identifies concrete measures. There are also examples of good practice from individual universities, including the BALLON project, and other implementation examples. The guide is in German.
