Participation in the EAOHP conference in Granada

Dr. Julian Decius and Annelie Lorber presented research from the field of organizational psychology at the conference of the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology (EAOHP), which took place from 05 to 07 June 2024 in Granada, Spain.

Julian Decius presented a study entitled "Help me, Please, ChatGPT! The Role of Time Pressure in Enhancing Work-Related Learning when Using Generative AI" from the LeChat project, in which Hannah Louisa Krüger, Carolin Graßmann and Michèle Rieth are also involved. In addition, together with Franziska Kößler, he co-authored Katharina Klug's presentation on "Stressed about Money and the Future: How Student's Financial Strain Relates to Informal Learning, Career Distress, Self-efficacy and Satisfaction with Career Prospects". Both contributions were very well received by the audience and offered valuable insights into current research topics in organizational psychology.
Annelie Lorber presented a poster entitled "Building Green Behavioral Intention through Green Knowledge Sharing: The Role oft he Recipient's Self-Conscious Emotions", which was also very well received by the conference participants.
