Following his teaching degree in Vechta, Daniel Walter completed his PhD on the use of tablet apps by learners at the Institute for the Development and Research of Mathematics Education at TU Dortmund University in 2017. This was followed by positions in Berlin and Münster. At the University of Bremen, Daniel Walter will focus on the subject-related use of digital media in school and university teaching, dealing with heterogeneity, and questions of empirical educational research.
