Research stay at the Centre for Transformative Work Design

Visiting Curtin University Perth

From late February to late March, Dr. Katharina Klug will visit the Centre for Transformative Work Design (CTWD) and the Future of Work Institute (FOWI) at Curtin University Perth. During her four-week research stay, she will work with Prof. Sharon Parker, Dr. Daniela Andrei (both Curtin University) and Dr. Anne Casper (University of Mannheim) on studies on leaders’ work design behavior as part of the project "The trickling down of work design".
