The program will start for the first time in October and run for two semesters. It is aimed at female* Master's or Bachelor's students from the 5th semester and includes individual meetings with mentors and an exchange of experiences and networking in the group of mentees. There will also be workshops and lectures on specific topics.

The program gives young women the opportunity to benefit from experience and build a network. It also offers mentors the opportunity to exchange ideas with the student generation and to learn from them.
