On August 1st, the research assistants and PhD students Annelie Lorber and Hannah Louisa Krüger joined the Organizational Psychology team. After both recently successfully completed their Master’s degree in Business Psychology at University of Bremen, they now join the research project „RessourcenEntwicklung in Dienstleistungarbeit“ (RessourcE) for the next five years which has a particular focus on qualification and competence development for workers in low-skilled jobs.
