Description

The Department of Social Epidemiology of the Institute of Public Health and Nursing Research (IPP) is part of an interdisciplinary network of experts supporting the Robert Koch-Institute (RKI) in the comprehensive revision and updating of the status report "Climate Change and Health".

The status report "Climate Change and Health" was published by the RKI in 2010. The project KlimGesundAkt now aims to synthesize the currently available evidence on the effects of climate change on human health with a focus on Germany. The report is to be published as a series of articles in the Journal of Health Monitoring (JoHM).

The team of the IPP's Department of Social Epidemiology has the leadership for the article on climate justice.
