Description

The aim of this assignment, which was carried out at the "Center for Education and Care" of the ubc, was to examine within what framework and under what conditions the creation of the legal basis and the development of a curriculum for the one-year training as a nursing assistant with a generalist orientation can be implemented? The following questions were dealt with in the review assignment:

- How can the training objective be formulated, particularly with regard to the differentiation of the areas of responsibility from the two-year trained assistants?

- What training content from the previous training to become a geriatric care assistant should be adopted?

- What training content from the two-year training program for healthcare and nursing assistants should be adopted?

- How can the permeability from the one-year to the two-year assistant training and, if applicable, to the specialist training be established? Is it possible to implement the parallelism of modules / learning fields from the two-year training course so that the training could be partly carried out together?

- How can the permeability from the one-year to the two-year assistant training and, if necessary, to the specialist training be established?
