EAOHP Best Poster Prize

The contribution "Job Wallowing: When Employees Look Back on Their Work Successes" by Dr. Julian Decius was awarded the "Best Poster Prize" at the 15th European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology Conference (July 06 - 08, 2022). The field of work Organizational Psychology of the University of Bremen would like to thank the committee of the University of Bordeaux for the preparation and organization of the EAOHP conference and the opportunity to meet colleagues from all over Europe in person after a long time.

This topic focuses on how (informal) learning behavior in organizations changes over days, weeks, and months. Moreover, we analyze the dynamics of work-related learning and how learning trajectories differ between employees.

The goal of this thematic focus is to examine conducive conditions for work-related learning, employability, and organizational development, both by managers (e.g., shaping learning culture) and by employees (e.g., job crafting).

The "Learning Opportunities Perception Potential", which helps employees to grasp learning opportunities, is considered crucial here.
