Mentoring at the DGPs Young Professionals Workshop

Dr. Julian Decius acted as a mentor at the junior researcher workshop of the DGPssection "Industrial, Organizational and Business Psychology". The multi-day event, hosted by Prof. Dr. Simone Kauffeld at the TU Braunschweig, served to advise and support doctoral students from German-speaking countries in the further development of their dissertation articles. Other topics included strategic career planning in science and alternative career models.
