Career Activities for Early-Career Researchers

The MAPEX Center for Materials and Processes supports initiatives led by early-career researchers (ECRs) who wish to expand their professional networks and enhance their qualifications. To foster interdisciplinary exchange and career development, we invite small groups of doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers to propose career-related activities such as inviting guest lecturers for seminars, organizing workshops, networking events, or hosting discussion panels.
