Forschung & Publikationen
Die Entwicklung der WiWiNow-App erfolgte auf Basis einer wissenschaftlichen Studie zu den Designanforderungen mobiler Instrumente, um Probleme während der „Transition-In“-Phase von Studienanfängern zu verringern. Daran anknüpfende Studien untersuchen insbesondere die Effekte der Appnutzung auf den Lernerfolg. Hierbei konnten infolge der Appnutzung positive Implikationen hinsichtlich Klausurerfolg ausgemacht werden. Über gesteigerte akademische Leistungen hinaus zeigen die Untersuchungen auch eine Untersützung für Studienanfänger beim Einfinden in das Studium.
