Open Campus Report
It was a phenomenal celebration this year: The Open Campus event was a meeting place for future students, interested people from Bremen and surroundings, for employees and lecturers. It was an open presentation of possibilities, connections, and attractive fields of work of the university and its institutes. And the University of Bremen does have something to offer here! The motto this year was Open Worlds – Share Knowledge! And the colorful program proved it right. Next to the more than forty pagoda tents on campus, the different institutes offered the most diverse insights into their work. Later at night, a wonderful stage show followed – with a poetry slam, fascinating artists, and a subsequent open-air party. A broad range of offers and direct communication was what made the alumni booth an attractive dialogue magnet for the approximately 20,000 visitors that day as well. Conversations, information, talks, and encounters characterized the day. We were very content and are happy about many new contacts. Only two more years until the next time!
