Single point of contact for IT problems for all departments, for academic and administrative staff and, to a limited extent, for students.

Our services:

  • Account management
  • Administration and troubleshooting of administrative computers
  • Support for scientific computers if there is no departmental technician available
  • Solving hardware issues, for example with printers
  • Setup and maintenance of Wifi and VPN
  • If you are working from home, some services might be unavailable for you
