The Senator of Finance commissions the TZI to research a chatbot , who answers citizens' questions around the clock.The project uses the IDA Chatbot technology, which was developed by Nina and Dirk Wenig at the TZI and was awarded the innovation prize "Campus Ideas 2018" last year.
