ZERP-Series
The ZERP publication series chooses a cross-disciplinary approach to questions of European legal policy in the post-national constellation. The works published in the ZERP series share this perspective on transnational legal and political relations. They endeavour to re-establish interdisciplinary lines of connection and to gain a perspective on transnational order-building processes that is informed by social theory. The ideal of a transnational constitutional law that is socially just, committed to human rights and the protection of ecological foundations and addresses fundamental questions of democratic and peaceful governance serves as a normative viewing screen. The series is published by NOMOS-Verlag. The titles published so far can be found here.
