At invitation of the Aachen-Cologne Regional Group of Business Psychology of the Professional Association of German Psychologists (BDP), Dr. Julian Decius gave another talk on the topic "New Learning in the Company" on March 11, 2022. This was a continuation of the lecture from last November. In the virtual event, the results of the meanwhile conducted analyses of empirical data over three measurement points were presented. The Field of Work Organizational Psychology would like to thank Marie Kaufmann (Paderborn University) for her support in the data collection, as well as the audience for the lively discussion following the presentation.
