Practice transfer: Article on informal learning in the ABWF Bulletin

The German „Arbeitsgemeinschaft betriebliche Weiterbildungsforschung“ (ABWF) regularly publishes the ABWF Bulletin. For the current issue, Dr. Julian Decius has summarized the first two scientific articles of his PhD thesis on the measurement and promotion of informal workplace learning among blue-collar workers, focusing on the practical relevance of his research.
