We would like to organize special training courses for all office, administration, secretarial and assistant staff.
In 2024, dates for ‘Stud.IP’ were organized by the ZMML, Martina Salm, and the first event with the travel department, Torsten Rosenthal, on topics relating to the travel expenses guideline took place. Further events are planned for 2025.
All dates will be announced via E-mail and in the "Office_Netzwerk" study group in Stud.IP under "training" and in the chattool "Blubber".
Erasmus Staff Mobility
The ERASMUS mobility program for employees is explicitly supported by the University Executive Board and is part of the university's staff development program.

Aus- und Fortbildungszentrum (AFZ)
The Freie Hansestadt Bremen Training Center (AFZ ) offers a comprehensive range of training courses for all employees of the Bremen authorities. It supports interdepartmental personnel, administration and IT management and advises Bremen's departments. It offers learning programs as well as selected training documents and legislation for online use or download. Link Senator for Finance.
At the University of Bremen the (AFZ) program is linked to a procedure for determining qualification requirements via your supervisor.
Organize training courses / determine demand
At the University of Bremen, Human Resources Development (PE) and Occupational Health Management (BGM) regularly offer a freely accessible training program for administrative and technical staff.
Participation can be arranged after consultation with the supervisor and can take place in person or online.
Personnel Development also offers specially tailored training courses via the Training and Further Education Center of the State of Bremen (AFZ).
Language Centre of the Universities of Bremen
The Language Centre offers special courses and language coachings for administrative & technical staff as well as for academic employees, researchers and external clients.
