Spezifikationen des Geräts

The setup has two mapping functions allowing to map the photoluminescence and Raman spectra on a large scale (several centimeters) and a small scale (100 x 100 µm², sub-µm steps). Various microscope objective lenses are available for the second mapping option. Furthermore, the entire setup can be adapted to individual needs, giving rise to the name "FlexPL". A multitude of optics (filters, polarizers, waveplates, etc.) can be added to the beam path to ensure best spectroscopic results. High resolution but also overview photoluminescence spectra can be obtained in a spectral range of 360 - 950 nm (CCD and poit-detector detection). Therefore, various excitation sources are available (e.g., 266 nm). Raman spectra can be acquired with a 561 nm or 660 nm laser. The setup is build in a "microscope configuration", allowing for an imaging of most sample surfaces by light microscopy.
