We Welcome Our 3,500th Member

What a joyful moment at the administrative office: In early May, Dr. Mihiretu Kebede joined our association as our 3,500^th member. Our warmest congratulations along with a welcome package were sent to Heidelberg, where Mihiretu Kebede works at the German Cancer Research Center. “We see the steady growth of our association as an acknowledgement for the attractive services we offer our members,” says executive director Derk Schönfeld. In a video chat, Mihiretu Kebede, who is originally from Ethiopia, explains what made his doctoral studies in Bremen so special.
