Alumni discuss government stimulus package
Is the government stimulus package an adequate way to manage the profound economic consequences of the COVID-19 crisis? That is the topic of the discussion between alumna Sarah Ryglewski (political sciences 2009), parliamentary state secretary at the Federal Ministry of Finances, and finance scientist Rudolf Hickel, who has been a professor at the University of Bremen since its founding year in 1971 (an alumnus as well) and is research director for ‘Economics and Fiscal Policy’ at the Institute for Labor and the Economy (IAW).
