The University of Bremen Has Three New Research Ambassadors

This year will see the appointing of three new Research Ambassadors: Prof. Dr. Rozena Maart from South Africa for Department 10, Dr. Natascha Zaun from Great Britain for Department 8, and Prof. Dr. Alex B. Makulilo from Tanzania for Department 6. A total of ten Research Ambassadors represent the University of Bremen in their respective home countries, promote the research they conducted here, and are contacts for interested researchers and students. This means they are a key element of our international alumni network. At the second joint workshop, held on June 13 and 14, the Research Ambassadors will have the opportunity to exchange ideas on exciting projects from the past two years as well as ideas for the future with the university management and their hosts from the respective departments.
