YUFE Alliance Establishes European University

The University of Bremen is connected to seven European universities in the Young Universities for Europe Alliance (YUFE). On February 28, 2019, the proposal was submitted to the European Network Universities, a program initiated by the French president Macron.

The university network wants to take on completely new dimensions in teaching and studying. YUFE students, therefore, not only study at the lecture hall but also through practical and societal commitment. If the YUFE proposal is successful, YUFE students and staff members will profit from a spirit of mobility of completely new qualities, and the network will be supported with several million Euro.
