Overview

The research group is an interdisciplinary team from the fields of communication sciences, journalism research, sociology and computer science. Together we want to research communication between artificial intelligence and humans. With the increasing spread of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their adaptation to human-computer communication based on human feedback, users increasingly expect human-like interaction with communicative AI.

However, the models developed specifically for human-computer communication have two main problems: Firstly, they are only based on the data with which they were trained, which is often distorted and inadequate.
