Research interests
Stefanie Dreger’s research activities focus on key areas of epidemiology, with a particular emphasis on the investigation of mental health, the analysis of contextual factors in the epidemiological context, and the examination of health-related environmental inequalities.
The analysis of contextual factors in the epidemiological context is a central component of Stefanie Dreger’s research. The focus is on examining social, economic, and environmental factors that influence the spread of diseases, in order to develop informed interventions and prevention strategies.
Another focus is the analysis of health-related environmental inequalities. By identifying disparities in environmental exposures among social groups, recommendations for minimizing disparities can be developed.
In the field of mental health, Stefanie Dreger explores epidemiological patterns and risk factors to gain a deeper understanding of the distribution of mental well-being and psychological distress.
