As part of the science communication strategy of the field of Organizational Psychology, Dr. Julian Decius gave a virtual lecture to students of the Gymnasium Nymphenburger Schulen (Munich). The invitation from the school was facilitated by the BMBF-funded networking project "Forschungsbörse". The keynote speech by Dr. Decius focused on "Metamorphoses of the world of work", with a particular focus on the opportunities and risks of artificial intelligence and lifelong, work-related learning. Afterwards, the students made extensive use of the opportunity to ask more in-depth questions.
