The working group is based on a broad cooperation of parties interested in labour law in the Land Bremen; participants are the Bremen City University of Applied Sciences and the University of Bremen as well as Bremen labour courts and the Bremen Chamber of Employees.

The launch event was focused on a discussion of the option available to Federal States from 2025 on to refer disputes of Federal State staff representation law to the labour courts instead of the administrative courts, as has been the case up to now. Professors Dr. Angie Schneider and Dr. Sebastian Kolbe gave kick-off talks on the subject.
