A lot of climate lawsuits have been filed. Most recently, the Senior Women for Climate Protection (KlimaSeniorinnen) applied to the ECHR, which ruled that more must be done to protect the climate. We are going to discuss this decision, but also provide an overview of recent civil and administrative proceedings. A wide range of potential future subjects of climate lawsuits will be considered.
