The Constitutional Court is composed of the President of the Oberverwaltungsgericht (Higher Administrative Court) as well as six other members elected by the Bremen Parliament. As Constitutional Court of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, it decides on the interpretation of the constitution of the State of Bremen.
