A short summary of our background: in 2010, we started studying law in Bremen and were active at the Bremen Law Faculty until 2014. In 2014, we founded edicted, the first legal tech company, for some time with Beck Publishers as the largest shareholder. At the end of 2015, casecheck (then rightmart) was founded in association with the rightmart Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. The vision of casecheck is the facilitation of access to justice for consumers based on data and technology. Up to date, we have represented more than 40.000 mandates in the areas of traffic law, social law and labour law nationwide and are currently facing a major expansion. Marco Klock is also one of the authors of the standard work "Legal Tech - die Digitalisierung des Rechtsmarktes".
