Accessible wavelength are 190 nm to 250 nm and 250 nm to 400 nm and further.
Quartz cuvettes with varying path length (from 0.01mm to 10 mm) for different biomolecule concentrations (10 mg/ml - 0.01 mg/ml).
Required volumes vary between 10 µl to 3000 µl.
Biomolecules need to be solvated in chlorid-free buffers like K-phosphate buffer. - In-situ capabilitiesTemperature ramping from 20 °C to 95 °C. Titration for pH-depended studies.
