• Research associate at the Institute for Public Health and Nursing Research under the direction of Prof. Dr. Ingrid Darmann-Finck in the BMBF project “Strengthening linguistic participation in nursing training (STePs) - school and nursing practice as a learning opportunity”
• PhD student at the University of Bremen in the project “Nursing staff and people in intensive care: a special relationship” (since 2020)
• Head of the qualitative research workshop at IPP

Main areas of research

• Relationship design between nurses and patients in the intensive care unit
• Promoting the participation of (migration-related) multilingual trainees in nursing training through language-educational design of the learning venues school and practice
