Rafael Tietze is a research assistant and doctoral candidate in the Innovative Brand Management working group since June 2024.
He completed both his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Bremen. While he specialised in accounting and finance in his bachelor's degree, he deepened his knowledge in marketing and brand management as well as accounting and controlling in his master's degree.
Mr. Tietze gained practical experience through internships and working student activities in the areas of controlling and corporate strategy in the consumer goods and retail sectors. Most recently, Mr. Tietze worked briefly in the construction industry before deciding to return to university.
