As a participant in the last year of single-phase legal education and training, I had very good study conditions. My six-month internship abroad at the Women’s Rights Litigation Clinic at Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey, which included being present at a US Supreme Court hearing, was particularly impressive. Having completed my studies in 1992, I worked for seven years for the Women's Advisory Commission. Since 2001 I am self-employed as a scientific advisor and coach for universities and research institutions. I still keep in contact with Bremen University as lecturer within the framework of personnel development programmes, as a moderator of workshops or individual coach for postdocs and (newly appointed) professors.
