Incoming: Guest Study in Bremen
General Information
You are a student at one of our partner universities and would like to study for one or two semesters in our department? Then you are in the right spot.
The University of Bremen offers you a comprehensive newcomer and orientation program. The Newcomer Service is an offer of the central International Office for all international exchange students from our international partner universities, who come to the University of Bremen via an exchange program (e.g. Erasmus, International Cooperations worldwide).
Even students who are not studying at a partner university can apply for a Free Mover stay with us, which however means a different procedure.
Your way to Bremen
Partner Program
Students from our partner universities apply via their home university (usually at the International Office) for an exchange place at the University of Bremen. Their home university passes on the nomination to the coordinators of the University of Bremen.

Summer School Bremen
Every year, the faculty offers a Summer School "Business Studies and Economics" for undergraduate students. The Summer School takes place in June and July. All courses are held in English. At the summer school international guest students learn together with Bremen students.

Free Mover
Students have the opportunity to apply for host study at any university worldwide. In this case, however, tuition and other costs should be expected.
