[Translate to English:] Learning and Interacting to Foster Employability
The projects main aim is to support curriculum innovation in higher education (HE) through the development of active learning approaches for transversal skills, with the ultimate aim of improving students’ employability. The new, innovative curricula and educational methods integrating active learning for transversal skills development, will be piloted in 5 Member States (DE, FR, IT, PL, UK) with 12 teachers and 1200 students. Particular attention will be paid to addressing commonly encountered barriers to active learning in HE, such as large class sizes and physical spaces. All results will be made publicly available through a variety of practical, applicable solutions to ensure uptake beyond the core partnership, as open professional development resources (Dynamic Toolkit) and activities (discussion-based MOOC for teachers), with the key outcomes summarised in a Lessons Learned Kit.
