Gender and diversity competence as a management task
With the project "go d!verse -gender- and diversity-competent personnel selection in academia", the University of Bremen aims to reduce discrimination and biases in personnel selection procedures and to strengthen diversity in science. go d!verse addresses HR managers as well as early career academics. The Gender Consulting for Research Alliances develops gender and diversity trainings and awareness-raising activities focusing on academics associated with research alliances funded by the German Research Foundation.
