As of the beginning of the winter semester, students can benefit from a new service: temporarily unoccupied rooms differing in equipment and size can be used as working rooms either by study groups or individuals. The rooms can be found via Stud.IP. A new feature is that they can be evaluated. This applies not only to those rooms used by study groups but generally to rooms in which scheduled courses take place. This offers the opportunity to find the ideal room matched to the needs of the lesson. Even the condition of the room and the equipment it contains should be evaluated by the users.

The service will be developed further. By next summer semester it will also encompass learning and working possibilities in the open areas of buildings on the campus. Furthermore,  learning islands with multimedia support will be available. The complete service can be booked via Stud.IP.
