Study description

As a consecutive study program, the Master's degree in “The Economics of Global Challenges” (M.Sc.) builds on a completed Bachelor's degree in economics or business studies. The program aligns with modern economic research. Moreover, it enables students to analyze the most challenging economic problems of contemporary societies by taking perspectives from different disciplines. Students attain an extensive range of methodological and conceptual competences to deal with specific aspects of various global challenges.

Upon completion of this master's degree, graduates gain the opportunities to embark on a career in the private sector or to further deepen their economic knowledge in the context of a PhD program. The language of instruction is English.
