Which Bachelor's Degree Programmes Take Part in the Enrolment Procedure for the Summer Semester?
Below you will find the list of bachelor's degree programs for which enrollment will be possible for the summer semester 2024.
Study Conditions at the Start of the Summer Semester
- The University of Bremen usually admits first-year students to the bachelor's degree programme in the winter semester. Standard degree curricula, which are included in the examination regulations, are therefore designed for students starting their studies in the winter semester. Courses in the summer semester are usually aimed at students in their second semester.
- Starting a degree programme in the summer semester is therefore usually more individual and requires more flexibility in the course of study. Recommendations and contact persons for planning the degree programme are published on the Uni-Start-Portal before the start of the degree programme.
- There will not be a university-wide orientation week for the summer semester 2024, as far fewer first-year students are expected than in the winter semester and the courses will start directly at the beginning of the semester. The events in which first-year students will be welcomed will be published in the Uni-Start-Portal.
- First-year students in the summer semester will also receive all important information by email before the start of their studies.
