What is it like to study?

Find out! With the Study Guides Program, you can get a taste of what studying is all about even before you start your studies. You can benefit from the experience of students who are already enrolled: The study guides of the University of Bremen are students from different disciplines who are happy to answer your questions and take you with them into their day-to-day academic life on campus.

You tell us whether you would like to get to know the University in general, know more about specific topics or have questions regarding your desired study course and we find a suitable study guide for you. You then meet at the University and go along to a course with him*her, get shown around the campus, and gain an impression of what it is like to be a student at the University of Bremen. While having a coffee or lunch in the canteen, you have the opportunity to discuss your questions – about studies or student life.

Even in the so-called semester break, you can meet a study guide and explore the campus. However, joining classes is only possible in the periods from April to the beginning of July and from October to the end of January.
