With prizes worth a total of 15,000 euros, the best entries will be honoured and presented during a ceremony at the Chamber of Commerce on 3 September 2019. In addition to attractive cash and non-cash prizes, the finalists also benefit in terms of expertise, including exclusive feedback discussions with top-class business experts from Bremen and the region.
Eligible to participate are students, employees and alumni of the University of Bremen, the Bremen University of Applied Sciences, the University of Applied Sciences Bremerhaven and the Jacobs University Bremen as well as their institutes and research facilities. In order to participate in the competition, the formal establishment of a company in the "Business Ideas" category must not be completed by the end of 2018. In the "Business Plans" category, a company may already have been founded in 2018 or later.
The deadline for applications is 25 June
CAMPUSiDEEN is a joint initiative of the University of Bremen, the Hochschule Bremen, the Hochschule Bremerhaven, the Jacobs University Bremen and the Bremer Aufbau-Bank. It is put on by the BRIDGE university initiative. Seit der ersten Ausschreibung 2003 wurden über 690 Start-up-Ideen eingereicht. This makes CAMPUSiDEEN one of the most successful idea competitions at German universities.
