The YUFE Universities are pleased to announce two calls for postdoctoral positions open to all disciplines under the overarching theme of “Urban Opportunities and Challenges.” The first call runs from March 1 to May 7, 2023, and focuses on “Sustainability” and “Digital Societies.” The second call begins October 1, 2023, and focuses on “Citizens' Well-Being” and “European Identity.”
In total, there are 51 postdoctoral positions open to all disciplines at the nine YUFE universities. Postdoctoral researchers receive 36-months, fully funded positions with attractive working conditions. Within the framework of the focus topics, postdocs freely define their project and will conduct their research at a YUFE university of their choice.
Hereby, the mobility rules of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions apply. Postdocs must not have resided or carried out their main activity in the host country for more than 12 months in the 36 months preceding the application deadline (= May 7, 2023 for the first call). Furthermore, postdoctoral reaearchers must accommodate a maximum of six months of mobility to one or more YUFE universities within their employment. In addition, they may also pursue additional intersectional mobility within the realm of host university or the guest university.
